While lunch time meal may no longer be the main meal of the day in many parts of the world, I personally like to have a substantial dinner and smaller evening meal so my body has plenty of time to digest it properly. I would like to share my ideas of main meals which you could easily swap for tea time meal if that works for you


Mum’s beetroot soup

spicy chicken thights served with roasted sweet potatoes

slow cooked minted lamb stew with beetrooty cous cous and roasted parsnip

fuller for longer meal

‘it s all about balance’ meal

less is more meal

stir fry lentils and broad beans in black bean chilli sauce

tofu and vegetables stir fry with Chinese Cannelloni
