Ingredients:
200 gram of cooked black lentils
200 gram of cooked skinless broad beans
Tsp of black bean chilli sauce
Tsp of oyster sauce
Few mushrooms
Large handful of baby spinach
Coconut oil for cooking
Few baby tomatoes for decoration
Place coconut oil, spinach and mushrooms into hot wok and cook until baby leaves and mushroom become soft, add cooked lentils and broad beans, put oyster and chilli bean sauces over it, stir fry for few minutes. I love the taste, texture and proteins in that simple dish
