tofu and vegetables stir fry with Chinese Cannelloni



After my trip to China Town yesterday, I managed to find some time to cook with ingredients I bought, and here we have so testy meal…yummm….I am ready for another trip 🙂


– 500 g of fresh tofu (cut in to bite cubes)
– 400 g of Chinese cannelloni (sliced into squares)*
– 6 medium size mushrooms thinly sliced
– 200 g of asparagus – sliced with angle
– 2 broccoli stalks – thinly sliced (I don’t like to waste that part of veg )
– 2 handful of baby spinach
– 2 tsp coconut oil ( 1 spoon each )
– 1 ½ tbsp of oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp of thin soy sauce
– 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
– 1 tsp of black bean chilli sauce (optional -if you would like to spice it up)
– ½ of fresh red chilli (optional)

Serves 2 or 4 small portions
