Squats with push press behind neck
Stand with feet shoulder width and place the pole on top of your shoulders behind your neck. Perform a squat as presented on the picture so that your buttocks are in line with your knees. On your way up raise your arms towards the sky and squeeze the pole. Resume to starting position. Repeat 20 times.
My personal outcomes of the door number 16
Day 16 of the Bungy Pump Advent Calendar – had a nice, refreshing brisking walk around Lytham Centre as it was too dark to enjoy walking across the park (not that brave ;)) Only managed to walk 30 minutes, but quite happy with that, did some shopping and enjoyed looking at Xmas decorations, I can feel the Xmas coming already, It is amazing how many things we can notice while we are walking compare to driving. After coming back home did some weight training which complimented my Bungy Pump training
