Leg raises
Stand tall with your feet close together, keep one pole on the right side, palms of your hand on top of pole. Raise your left leg the side way and press into the pole at the same time. Focus on length of your leg you are standing on. Repeat 20 times each side

Day 15 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar challenge – one of those days when it was physically impossible to fit any Bungy Pumping in, but with very busy morning and afternoon working shift, still manage to complete exercise of the day.Hopefully tomorrow afternoon weather will be kind to me good night x
