One leg squats – with two poles
Stand with feet close together and place the poles on each side in front of your feet, keep your arms straight. Place palms of your hands on top of the poles, press them down into the ground and perform a one leg squat so that you are trying in line buttock with your knees (advance option) Resume to starting position. Keep the resistance of the poles throughout the entire movement. Repeat 10 times each leg.

Day 14 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar – felt quite tired today after Xmas night out so … nice 3 miles Bungy stroll was just perfect activity for me, suspension fully used which nicly wake my body up, small shopping on the way done, exercise of the day completed too very practical workout
