Sumo Squat with torso rotation – pole with straight arms forward
Stand with your feet wide in sumo squat position and hold one pole in front of you, in line with your chest, elbows slightly bend. Go deeper into sumo squat while you simultaneously rotate your torso from side to side. Keep your hips facing forward. Increase the pressure on your shoulders by pressing the pole together and keeping the resistance throughout the entire movement. Resume to starting position. Repeat 10 times each side

Day 13 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar – didn’t start very well as I overslept a little bit still managed to get myself ready to go to YMCA for classes I really enjoy and couldn’t do it for a while, happily jump into my car to find out that the battery is flat no chance to get there on time so…quick reschedule.. Kettle bells training at home and Bungy Pumping with a group of regular walkers, I used 10 kg suspension as I had a bit of extra energy. I have completed lovely beach briskly walk in sunshine, working my core pretty hard after an hour I felt I could carry on…so instead of having a lift back home I decided to carry on walking loved it. My unfortunate beginning of the day turn up to very enjoyable morning now relaxing with cup of tea and my favourite sensation in the body – of working out have a warm afternoon x
