Squats – pole in front
Stand with feet shoulder width and place the pole on your hips. Perform a squat as shown in the picture so that your buttocks are in lined with your knees, raise your arms slightly above your shoulders height. Resume to starting position. For advance option, squeeze the pole using built suspension. Repeat 20 times.
