Long sit-ups – hold pole with straight arms
Lie down on your back and hold one pole with straight arms on your hips. Perform a long sit-up – raising your arms above your head while sitting up. Resume to starting position. Repeat 10- 20 times

Day 11 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar – finally I had enough free time to enjoy my Bungy Pump training and I really went for it, consciously working against each resistance created by bungies suspension thoroughly enjoyable experience followed by warm drink in local Pub, hope you all enjoyed your walks? x
