Horizontal hips lift – pole on top of hips
Lie on your back with one pole placed on top of your hips. Lift your hips from the floor as shown in the picture, engage your buttocks and abdomen and stretch your torso out placing pole above your head. Slowly lower your hips back to the floor and place pole back on your hips. For the advance option lift you hells of the floor while your hips are up. Repeat 15 -20 times

Day 9 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar Challenge
I was so ready for my Bungy training this afternoon, planned my St Anne’s – Lytham route but unfortunately strong wind and heavy rain forced me to change my plans, I was truly annoyed as I like to complete my daily planes… but sometimes we have to go with the flow, luckily I managed to walk just over 30 minutes in the evening time around Lytham main road. I have used 10 kg suspension pole which compensated my missing strength training good night x
