Exercise of the door number 8
Crossed lunges backwards – poles in front of feet.
Stand with feet shoulder width, place the poles in front of your feet and press them down into the ground. Take one step diagonally backwards with one leg. Resume to starting position. Keep the resistance of the poles throughout the entire movement. Repeat 10 – 20 times each side

Day 8 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar Challenge – unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to Bunging today, as much I wanted to it wasn’t physically possible, I am not making excuses tho Day off for my Bungy Pump poles but not for me Monday’s mornings appears to be very busy so with quick, late lunch on the go I am on my way to work till tomorrow afternoon time but I have completed exercise of the day as a first thing in the morning. Looking forward to tomorrow’s afternoon Bungy Pump training have a nice afternoon
