Squats – poles angled back
Stand with feet shoulder width and place the poles angled back on a side of your feet. Press the poles down to the ground, perform a squat as shown in the picture, try to in line your buttocks with your knees. Resume to starting position. Keep the resistance of the poles throughout the entire movement. Repeat 10 to 20 times.

Day 3 of Bungy Pump Advent Calendar – it was very busy and quite stressful day for me, I had a lot s of task to complete but luckily I have managed to get away for a while to Lytham Hall where I was strolling around, looking for some nice backgrounds for my poles to capture for Bungy ‘fact of the day’ and then some shopping ohh…I was pleased I could shop and exercise in the same time and when you walk you only go for necessary items which is good in my case I have strolled just under 2 miles in 42minutes pressing my Bungy fully down so core workout completed now it is time for Xmas Walkers Party :):)
