Forward Leg Raise
Keep hands on top of the poles. Slowly lift the leg to comfortable height and use built up resistance by compressing the poles during the leg lift, keep shoulders down, stay tall with supporting leg, alternate your legs. Resume the initial position. Repeat 10-20 times each leg.
My personal outcomes of the door number 1
With a bit of limited time today, I have struggled to fit my advent walk in, knowing that I need to visit Library and do a bit of shopping instead of going by car I just walked and happily completed what I have planed to, with a bit of bonus – fresh air in my lungs loved every minute of it, completed my exercise of the day too. I was ‘bungy pumping’ 1.8 mile in 27 minutes and burn about 157 calories not bad considering a very busy day :):):) ready for a tea.
