They are my favourite type of snacks. Great if you need instant energy. Simple carbs, source of protein and good fat make them as well balance snack.
Round ones
– 1 cup of raisins
– 1 cup of walnuts
– 2 tsp of carob powder
– 1 tbsp of hemp powder
– 1 tsp of maca powder
– coconut flakes for decorations
Light brown with goji berries
– 1 cup of of almonds
– 1 cup of soft dried dates
– 1 tbsp of hemp powder
– 1 tsp of maca powder

Dark brown with pumpkin seeds
– 1 cup of soft dried figs
– 1 cup of hazelnuts
– 1 tbsp of hemp powder
– 1 tsp of maca powder
– pumpkin seeds for decoration
In a food processor, combine dried fruits( figs or raisins or dates) and already blended nuts(hazelnuts or walnuts or almonds) .Remove from processor and mix it by hands into dough and then create small bite size shapes of your choice. You can use your own ideas for decoration. I choose goji berries, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.
