Courgette cream


4 large courgettes

half of onion (approx 50g)

2 cloves of garlic

vegetable stock cube

600ml of water

10 g of butter

20 g of cream cheese

Salt and pepper for extra flavour (optional)

cooked pasta

Put chopped courgettes, onion and garlic into pan, add stock cube and then pour 600ml of hot water in. Cook for 25 minutes, add cream cheese, butter and blend everything together.

Starved with pasta of your choice 🙂
