Childhood summery dessert


I have been kindly given a very delicious, fig and walnut sourdough bread, traveling all the way from Bristol (lucky me πŸ˜ƒ)

I was tempting just to have it straight away a big bite but eventually managed to safe it for later to be able to enjoy it mindfully (hard mental work for a greedy creature πŸ˜‰)

Anyways..I created a very simple, fast seasonal dessert

Cut few pieces of bread, put them to toaster for a bit of crunchy texture, spread some nut butter on, follow by quark cheese, strawberries with a drizzle of honey and dusted with cinnamon

Teasty, quick, light dessert with balanced macronutrients (my type foodπŸ˜ƒ) which reminded me old days back in Poland

Just thought, if you are a bread lover you may enjoy it as much as I did πŸ˜ƒ
