My own version of sunflower and pumpkin halva
ingredients:
200 gram of pumpkin seeds
200 gram of sunflower seeds
tsp of carob powder
120 gram of honey
going berries (optional for decoration)
Place 200 gram of sunflower seeds in food processor and blend them into powder, place into bowl add 60 gram of honey and combine it together until dough is formed, make a square shape of that dough. Place 200 gram pumpkin seeds, carob powder into food processor and blended into powder, place into bowl with 60 gram of honey to combine another square shape dough. Press both square doughs together and keep in the fridge overnight. You can make some small squares (35 gram) of it as an ideal snacks.
