healthy oat pancakes

Easy and quick to make, testy and healthy home made pancake 🙂

ingredients:

3 eggs

1,5 glass of goat milk

250 gram of blended oats

Simply mix all ingredients together and fry it, you should come up with 8-9 medium size, quite thick pancakes, they will taste absolutely amazing with greek yoghurt and bananas or any desirable fruit 😝
