Bungy Pump training – walking diary

We usually welcome New Year with a lot of plans and resolutions, challenging ourselves for a better ‘us’ ๐Ÿ˜Š
Running Bungy Pump Advent Calendar I have realised what a challenge is to train for 24 consecutive days, however it was thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Few of us and myself have carried on and enjoyed our outdoors activities therefore I decided to walk with BungyPump or without all year around and get fitter with every single step or ‘plant’ of the pole, burning additional calories in very pleasurable and sociable way.
I have created a BUNGY PUMP TRAINING – WALKING DIARY with intention of no time restrictions, location or fitness level- whenever you have spare minute or desire to fill your lungs with a fresh air๐Ÿ˜Š ย using Bungy Pump the way you like ( strolling, brisking walk, running, using them for exercise presented in Bungy Pump Advent Calendar which you can still view on that event) or just train with no poles.

‘Bungies’ are an ideal additional benefit to your outdoors training but no poles are required.
Sharing our experience by posting pictures from our trainings, endomondo’s training tracker details (or any training apps you like) we may motivate each other for another walking, bungy pump time.
Getting fitter in small steps always works best.
Every single ‘bunging’, walks counts even simple ‘pop ins’ into local shops, library, as long we walk that ticks the box ๐Ÿ˜‰
