Guilt free beetroot cake

my experimental cake ingredients:

225 gram of cooked and mashed beetroots

200 gram of soft dates

300 gram of blended any muesli (your preference)

10 gram of cooking powder

80 -100 gram of mixed pumpkin seeds and walnuts

5 egg whites

100 ml of cooking oil

 toppings:

melted cocoa and honey mix

almond flakes

method:

mix it all together and bake for 50 minutes in preheated  oven  (180 degree) let it cool and add toppings 🙂 easy, quick, delicious and absolutely guilt free 🙂
