Exercise of the door number 23

Short sit-ups – Pole with straight arms

 Lie down on your back with your knees and hip in approximately a 90-degree angle. Hold the pole with both hands aiming up towards the sky. Perform a short sit-up by pushing the pole up towards the sky as far as you can. Keep your abdominal muscle engaged. Resume to starting position. Repeat 20 times.
