Back lifts with poles

 Lie down on your stomach and hold the pole with straight arms above your head. Keep your shoulders down. Lift your upper body and your legs as far up as you comfortably can. Keep your abdominal muscles engaged. Resume to starting position. For advance option squeeze the pole while lifting your body up. Repeat 20 times.
