mid morning, filling, balanced snack

My new experiment…so tasty and creamy… like a cake 😉 but with significent  difference… macronutrients are perfectly balanced and you can enjoy that sweety flavour while being in fat burning mode in the same time….just try, it takes few minutes to prepare 

Ingredients:

– one small pitta bread ( I used multi seed & cereal pitta bread form doctor food)

– 4 egg whites

– 25 gram of avocado ( it s about 1/4 of small sized one)

– half small banana

– 1 tsp of honey

method:

Place egg whites, honey, banana and avocado into food processor and blend it all for few second. put it into pan and cook until scrambled texture. Warmed your pitta up and put the scrambled filling into pitta. Enjoy 🙂
