I am so glad that the whole family enjoy my nutritional smoothies for breakfast 

Ingredients for 4:

2 avocados

6 medium bananas

2 handful of strawberries

4 tsp of bee pollen

2 tbsp of hemp powder

2 tbsp of maca (optional)

* few mixed  berries  for decoration 🙂

simply blend all ingredients together and put berries on top. Enjoy
