my yummy and nutritions post workout, fully satisfy my body needs after training and my sweet tooth
Ingredients for 1 serving:
2 tsp of flaxseeds
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
2 walnuts
1 tsp of goji berries + few for decoration
1/4 tsp of carob powder
1/4 of medjool date
200 ml of hazelnut milk ( you can use any milk )
1 tsp of hemp seeds for decoration
Method:
Place all seeds, carob powder, date, walnuts into food processor and blend them together then add milk and keep blending for another 30 seconds, place into food container and store in the fridge preferably over night. Decorate with hemp seeds and goji berries just before serving
