Ingredients for 8 inch cake tin:
8 peeled and cut into cubes apples
handful of blueberries
cup of spelt flour
half cup of unrefined brown caster sugar ( you can add more if you like, depending on how sweet you like it )
cup of porridge flakes
2 tbsp of maca powder
tsp of grounded cardamon
tsp of grounded cinnamon
4 tbsp of grapeseed oil
handful of almond flakes
Place apples cubes, berries and tbsp of sugar into 8 inch cake tin and put to preheated oven (200C) and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
In separate dish combine together flour, porridge flakes, cardamon, cinnamon, maca powder, remaining sugar with grapeseed oil.
Take the tin cake out from the oven, spread crumble over, top with almond flakes and put it back into oven for another 15 to 20 minutes
