This summery type of meal take literally few minutes to prepare. Rich in proteins and healthy fats
Ingredients:
– half ripe avocado
– 150 gram of black beans ( cooked or canned ones)
– 2 handful of favourite leafy greens
– handful of baby tomatoes
– dash of lime juice
– dash of black pepper
– tbsp of sweet chilli dressing ( or any of your favourite one )
serving for one
Place leafy greens on a plate, add some baby tomatoes and black beans, put bits of avocado on top, drizzle lime juice and sweet chilli dressing over it, add some black pepper and enjoy taste of summer
