Our plant based picnic meal๐
It takes a bit of time to bite all that food, which makes you fuller half way through
I hope that is a smart way not to munch too much on other things ๐
simple, healthy, tasty
PS. A bit of a workout for a jar surrounding muscles ;))
Ingredients for two:
3 cooked and chopped beetroots
1 small chopped avocado
2 handful of any green salad
1/3 of fresh chopped fennel
1 chopped celery stick
3 tbsp of hemp seeds
6 tbsp of mixed cooked grains (I have quinoa mix and black lentils)
Some roasted mix pulses to garnish (optional)
Simply mixed all together, top it up with roasted pulsed and enjoy that crunchy lunch
