– 2 apples
– small handful of kale
– small handful of baby spinach
– 1/2 lime (peeled)
– 1 celery sticks
– 1/4 of fresh pineapple
Simply juice all ingredients in juicer. You should get 400ml of above quantities. If you like your smoothie to be thick use 100 ml. If you want it to be liquid I would recommend 200 ml. You can use the rest during the day or for another morning.
– 1 medium banana
– half of avocado
– 1/4 of medium mango
– tsp of hemp seeds (optional)
– tsp of flax seeds (optional)
– 1/2 tsp of wheatgrass (optional)
– 1/4 tsp of spirulina (optional)
– 100ml or 200ml of homemade juice
– few raspberries and blueberries
Place banana, mango, avocado and optional superfoods products into blender, pour juice over it and blend it for 30 sec. Place berries on top. Enjoy!
I like to put some frozen raspberries on the bottom of the glass and because I prepare my breakfast night before that s gives raspberries some time to nicely melt and I love it that way. I am very passionate about my breakfast. I also like to add some superfoods (optional ones) into my smoothies for extra ‘nutritional kick’.
