It is a great mid morning snack when you not ready for your lunch just yet but you feel like having something small to top your energy up

Ingredients:

tbsp of organic peanut butter
1 big apple
handful of almond flakes, goji berries and raisins

deseed and cut apple into wedges, spread peanut butter over apple and sprinkle berries, raisins and almond flakes. Simple, quick and delicious snack.
