Scrambled yolk with quinoa

Very simple, quick and nourishing supper for the little ones

Ingredients:
– heap table spoon of dry quinoa
– two egg yolks
– baby cheese to sprinkle
– half tea spoon of ghee butter

Put dry quinoa into pan, cover with warm water and bring it to boil, keep cooking until soft, add some ghee butter, egg yolks and cook until cooked through, sprinkle with some baby cheese for additional flavour 😋
It disappeared in 5 minutes 👌
