Not so sure I should describe this cake as a healthy one but I suppose is dependening what we believe ‘healthy’🤔 stands for😁
In my own definition is a healthy for the mind cake😁
Ingredients:
200 g blended finely oats
150 g brown sugar
3 eggs
120 g full fat greek yoghurt
80 g of rapseed oil
1tbsp of baking powder
handful of dried fruits
handful of cashewnuts
20 g of white chocolate chips
100 g of milk chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180 degree, grease a tin cake and set aside. Place blended oats, sugar, eggs, yoghurt, rapseed oil, baking powder, nuts, dried fruits, white chocolate chips and half of milk chocolate chips together and blend them. Add remaining milk chocolate chips into mixture and combine them without blending.
Place the mixture into tin cake and bake for 30 minutes. You can dust it with icing sugar😁
