Sweet potato brownie




750g of sweet potatoes

18 medjool dates

6 tablespoons of honey

150g of ground almonds

3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

150g of ground oats

9 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

pinch of salt


200g chocolate of your choice


Pre-heat your oven to 180C (fan), then peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into chunks and cook until they become soft. Let them cool down.

Put all the remaining ingredients into bowl, add sweet potatoes and mix them together with the mixer.

Place into a lined baking dish and cook for about forty-five minutes. Remove the tray and allow it to cool.

When the brownie cooled down make the topping by simply melting chocolote of your choice and spread it on top 😊
