half sliced banana

1 teaspoon of tahini or sunflower seed butter

Toppings:

150gram of quark (approx 2 full tablespoons)

teaspoon of sunflower seeds

teaspoon of sesame seeds

handful of forest fruits (defrosted ones)

teaspoon of honey

sprinkle of cinnamon

macronutrients breakdown:

455 cal

fat: 13g, carbs: 60g, proteins: 27g

Method:

Place oats, nutty muesli, sliced banana and nut butter into cooking pan and cover it up with boiling water. Mix it well and leave overnight to soak.

Cook it in the morning for few minutes, you may need to add a little bit of extra hot water, depending how thick you like your oats.

Place into bowl, add quark, fruits in, sprinkle seeds on top, with cinnamon and honey ๐Ÿ˜Š

Enjoy your nutritious, balancing meal ๐Ÿ˜Š

If you don’t have seeds butter, you could simply add tablespoon of seeds instead of teaspoon.

In order to have full benefits of seed cycling, we should get the portion of seeds (tablespoons each) personally I found it to much in one go so I like to leave teaspoon of flaxseed and sesame seeds for later in a day๐Ÿ˜Š but if you like to get all seed in your breakfast, feel free to do so ๐Ÿ˜Š
