Putting seeds cycling into action ๐
Personally I like to start my seed cycling with breakfast ๐ simply because it seems like the easier way to me ๐
Its delicious, nutritious and it can start to ‘make a wonders’ to my body from early hours ๐๐

Breakfast idea to support the estrogen dominant time of the month with flaxseed and pumpkin seeds (first picture)
Ingredients for one:
1 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoons of nutty muesli
half sliced banana
1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed butter
Toppings:
150gram of quark (approx 2 full tablespoons)
teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
teaspoon of flaxseeds
handful of blueberries
teaspoon of honey
sprinkle of cinnamon

447cal
fat: 11g, carbs: 62g, proteins: 27g
Breakfast idea to support progesterone peaks with sesame and sunflower seeds (second picture)
Ingredients for one portion:
1 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoons of nutty muesli
half sliced banana
1 teaspoon of tahini or sunflower seed butter
Toppings:
150gram of quark (approx 2 full tablespoons)
teaspoon of sunflower seeds
teaspoon of sesame seeds
handful of forest fruits (defrosted ones)
teaspoon of honey
sprinkle of cinnamon
macronutrients breakdown:
455 cal
fat: 13g, carbs: 60g, proteins: 27g
Method:
Place oats, nutty muesli, sliced banana and nut butter into cooking pan and cover it up with boiling water. Mix it well and leave overnight to soak.
Cook it in the morning for few minutes, you may need to add a little bit of extra hot water, depending how thick you like your oats.
Place into bowl, add quark, fruits in, sprinkle seeds on top, with cinnamon and honey ๐
Enjoy your nutritious, balancing meal ๐
If you don’t have seeds butter, you could simply add tablespoon of seeds instead of teaspoon.
In order to have full benefits of seed cycling, we should get the portion of seeds (tablespoons each) personally I found it to much in one go so I like to leave teaspoon of flaxseed and sesame seeds for later in a day๐ but if you like to get all seed in your breakfast, feel free to do so ๐
