Hummus served with green beans

Ingredients

Serving for 3 (picture bowl size)

400g/ canned chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
5 tsp of tahini
1 tsp paprika
1 grilled or fresh red pepper
Sea salt to taste
4tbsp of water

Preparation

Drain the chickpeas and rinse. Combine the chickpeas, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, sea salt, tahini, and water in a food processor, and blend to a creamy purée. Serve with cooked preferable amount of green beans.

Hemp seeds salad (1 serving)

– 50 gram of mix green leaf salad
– 1 tsp of hemp seeds
– 1 tsp of lime juice
– ¼ of red pepper cut into small pieces
– Sea salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– 1 tsp of hemp oil

Preparation

Mixed red pepper with green leaf salad, add lime juice, hemp oil and hemp seed, tossed them together and add black pepper and sea salt to taste. Enjoy
