our Grasmere carob truffles

Ingredients:

3 cups of walnuts
3 tsp of carob powder
1 cup of soaked and drained dates
3 -4 tbsp coconut flakes

Place walnuts and carob powder in food processor and blend them together, add dates and keep blending until dough has formed. Use your hand to shape dough into 1 inch thick and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle coconut flakes over and enjoy little treat
