After a long working weekend it is time for well deserved treat for us๐
let just say that Bailey’s is optional๐๐
Ingredients:
– 2 frozen bananas
– 4 soaked dates
– 2 tbsp of natural soya yogurt ( you could use just ordinary one if you like)
– 3-4 leafs of fresh mint
– 1 tsp of carob powder
– 3-4 tbsp of Bailey’s (optional)
Put all above ingredients into food processor and blend for few minutes
you could put some mint leafs on top, together with carob powder to satisfy your eye hunger ๐ enjoy
