Yummy semolina for breakfast 😋

Ingredients:

100 g of dry semolina

2tbsp of cashew nuts

1 tbsp of sunflower seeds

2 large bananas

handful of dried apricots

460ml of milk (any type)

220ml of water

Toppings (optional)

Raspberries

Blueberries

Raspberry sauce

Crushed chocolate biscuits

Serves 3 adult portions 😊

Blend sunflower, cashew nut until they are properly grounded, add the rest of ingredients (apart from bananas) and blend it all together.

Cook and stir until the consistency is right (approx 10min) Add bananas and blend them in.

Add toppings and enjoy 😋
