ingredients:
– 1 cup of Greek yoghurt (total one – 170 gram)
– half of small mango (blended)
– tsp of tahini
– 2 tsp of soaked pumpkin seeds
Try to put you yoghurt on the plate up side down, keeping it shape ( total one is quite thick so you should not have a problem with it) Simply pour down blended mango then tahini and top it up with soaked pumpkin seeds. Ready in 5 minutes, light, tasty treat, enjoy
