 Grains and pseudograins are an important part of healthy nutrition, they are rich in protein, fiber, antioxidants, b-vitamins, and trace minerals (such as: iron, zinc, copper, magnesium).

By consuming more of this product we can reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and certain cancers. Consuming grains and pseudograins can also help us to lose weight.

By making them as a part of our diet we will not only improve our health, but we will also improve our energy levels. Since it is strongly recommended to consume more protein and fiber in order to attain weight loss eating more grains and pseudograins makes complete sense.

Pseudograins commonly referred to as grains but technically seeds, pseudograins are naturally gluten free and contain more protein and are higher in micronutrient density than grains. We can use pseudogains in most recipes calling for rice
